I was born in Michigan and raised on the east
side in Roseville. I married a childhood annoying kid/sweet
heart, and we are still married!!!! Thirty-seven years this
last December. I live in Rochester Hills with my husband
and two cats. Our only child/daughter is a struggling actress
in musical theatre and obviously one of our main interests
is live theater - especially musical theatre. I also enjoy
walking and try to walk 3 miles 5 days a week although it's
a little scary in the dark on the ice in the winter.
I went to Marygrove College in Detroit to
receive my bachelor's degree in biology. I did a year's
internship at St John Hospital in Detroit before taking
my ASCP certification exam. I received my SBB in 1984 and
my masters from Walsh in 1997. I've been employed at Mount
Clemens General Hospital, now Mount Clemens Regional Medical
Center, a Mclaren hospital, most of my working life, and
in the Transfusion Service most of that.
